What are BNM tokens & how do I use them?

BNM tokens are redeemable tokens that let you reschedule a booking at no additional cost.

You earn BNM tokens when a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or by winning prizes.

Conversion rate: 100 BNM tokens = $1 CAD.

To use your tokens, add a time slot to your cart from the Courts page. During checkout, apply tokens based on your available balance—each token applied reduces the total cost.

What are the operating hours?

Monday - Thursday: 11am - 11pm

Friday: 11am - 12am

Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 12am

What's your rescheduling policy?

You cannot cancel your booking within 24 hours of the arrival time.

If you cancel before 24 hours of arrival, you will be given BNM tokens which you can use to reschedule.

Why can't I use my BNM Tokens in the Court Rental page?

Only registered users are eligible to receive BNM Tokens for cancellations made more than 24 hours before a booking.

The option to apply BNM tokens is available only to users with a minimum balance of 100 tokens, which is the minimum required to apply a discount.

Your BNM Tokens are linked to the email address associated with your account. Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts, and bookings made as a guest or with a different email will not have access to your existing token balance.
