By using our Services, you agree that the BNM Token system is only applicable within our facility. BNM Tokens are a form of credit rewarded to members.

Ways to earn tokens:

• Cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours in advance
• Attend BNM-supported community events
• Participate in training classes, sessions, leagues, drop-ins, or other BNM events

Use of BNM Tokens:

• Book courts as a form of payment
• Redeem prizes and rewards

6. Court Rules and Conduct

• Proper Use: Equipment must be used properly and according to staff instructions.
• Cleanliness: Courts must be cleaned after use. Report spills or trash to staff.
• Conduct: Respectful behavior is required at all times.
• Substances: Alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
• Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Animals: Only service animals are permitted.

7. Health and Safety

• You confirm you are physically fit to participate.
• You accept all risks related to physical activity.
• You authorize us to obtain emergency medical treatment if required.

8. Use of Services

Services are available during operating hours and may change without notice. Some services require pre-booking and may have limited availability.

9. Liability Waiver

You agree to waive and release Badminton Near Me, its owners, employees, and agents from liability arising from participation or facility use.

10. Cancellation and Termination
